Εγώ δε είπον\, Τις εί\, κύριε; Ο δε είπεν\, Εγώ ειμι Ιησούς όν σύ διώκεις. Αλλά ανάστηθι\, και στήθι επί τους πόδας σου· εις τούτο γαρ ώφθην σοι\, προχειρίσασθαί σε υπηρέτην και μάρτυρα ών τε είδες ών τε οφθήσομαί σοι\, εξαιρούμενός σε εκ του λαού και των εθνών\, εις ούς εγώ σε αποστέλλω\, ανοίξαι οφθαλμούς αυτών\, του υποστρέψαι από σκότους εις φώς και της εξουσίας του Σατανά επί τον θεόν\, του λαβείν αυτούς άφεσιν αμαρτιών\, και κλήρον εν τοις ηγιασμένοις πίστει τη εις εμέ. Όθεν\, βασιλεύ Αγρίππα\, ουκ εγενόμην απειθής τη ουρανίω οπτασία· αλλά τοις εν Δαμασκώ πρώτον καίN Ιεροσολύμοις\, εις πάσάν τε την χώραν της Ιουδαίας\, και τοις έθνεσιν\, απαγγέλλων μετανοείν\, και επιστρέφειν επί τον θεόν\, άξια της μετανοίας έργα πράσσοντας.  Ανάγνωσις Ευαγγελίου: Κατά Ιωάννην 10:1-9 Είπεν ο Κύριος πρός τους εληλυθότας πρός αυτόν Ιουδαίους· Αμήν αμήν λέγω υμίν\, ο μή εισερχόμενος διά της θύρας εις την αυλήν των προβάτων\, αλλά αναβαίνων αλλαχόθεν\, εκείνος κλέπτης εστί και ληστής· ο δε εισερχόμενος διά της θύρας ποιμήν εστι των προβάτων. τούτω ο θυρωρός ανοίγει\, και τα πρόβατα της φωνής αυτού ακούει\, και τα ίδια πρόβατα καλεί κατ᾽ όνομα και εξάγει αυτά. καί όταν τα ίδια πρόβατα εκβάλη\, έμπροσθεν αυτών πορεύεται\, και τα πρόβατα αυτώ ακολουθεί\, ότι οίδασι την φωνήν αυτού· αλλοτρίω δε ου μή ακολουθήσωσιν\, αλλά φεύξονται απ᾽ αυτού\, ότι ουκ οίδασι των αλλοτρίων την φωνήν. Ταύτην την παροιμίαν είπεν αυτοίς ο ᾿Ιησούς· εκείνοι δε ουκ έγνωσαν τίνα ήν ά ελάλει αυτοίς. Είπεν ούν πάλιν αυτοίς ο ᾿Ιησούς· αμήν αμήν λέγω υμίν ότι εγώ ειμι η θύρα των προβάτων. πάντες όσοι ήλθον πρό εμού\, κλέπται εισί και λησταί· αλλ᾽ ουκ ήκουσαν αυτών τα πρόβατα. εγώ ειμι η θύρα· δι᾽ εμού εάν τις εισέλθη\, σωθήσεται\, και εισελεύσεται και εξελεύσεται\, και νομήν ευρήσει.
